Bos Finds The Right Fit

The 6-foot-2 combo guard chose to play his college hoops for the Coyotes because he feels like they offered him the greatest chance to showcase his talents and grow as a play.
“I chose South Dakota because, after visiting the school, I really liked the facilities, the overall feel of the school and I developed a good relationship with the coaches and the team,” Bos said. “I think it’s a really good fit because it’s a place where I can come in right away and make an impact as a freshman and establish myself early.”
Bos is a talented scoring guard who is also capable of running an offence. He has good upper-body strength, can finish at the rim and can also get off his shot anywhere on floor. He’s made great strides in his game this year, improving his overall athleticism to better prepare himself for the next level — something that he’ll need as South Dakota will be making a move to a more competitive conference.
“[South Dakota's] switching to the Summit League next year, which is a good conference and will challenge the team as well as myself,” Bos said.
The Coyote-to-be has had a long road to earning a Division I scholarship that included him heading south of the border to play for Kiski Prep in order to draw more attention to himself. When he finally did start getting more recognition, the recruiting process was an arduous one and he’s now just happy that it’s finally over and is looking forward to taking his game to the next level.
“It has been a crazy year for recruiting but I’m glad I’ve found myself a good fit and I’m looking forward to next year.”
