Brandon Bos Update

Its been a shaky season for 6-foot-2 senior point guard Brandon Bos. The former Markham Secondary star had high hopes entering his senior year at Kiski Prep thinking he’d be joining fellow Canadians Sim and Tanveer Bhullar and Stefan Jankovic only to see the trio all depart from the school.
Despite the bombs, Bos has been positive working hard with his Kiski team and just making sure he is as prepared as possible for the next level.
“There’s been a lot of ups and downs, guys leaving, some tough losses but we’ve also had some good games and good wins,” Bos said. “We have a couple weeks left in our season with the PA state prep tourney finishing it off.”
As for his overall game, Bos believes he’s improved significantly.
“It’s progressing well,” he said. “Maturity-wise and fine tuning some stuff in my game so I’m college ready for next year and more work in the summer will get me ready.”
Boss currently has interest from the likes of Colgate, UC Davis, UNC Charlotte, Wichita State and Northeastern but has yet to pick a solid offer. He seems to be seriously involved with Colgate, however, and says its the school that has truly caught his attention and he plans to make a visit there after his season is over.
A school out of the running for his services is St. Bonaventure even though it was in the picture earlier in the year.
Bos is one of the top Canadian prospects in the 2011 class still available, look for his recruitment to heat up a bit as time winds down.
