programs. Marquette, Kansas, Georgetown, Texas A&M and Seton Hall are all vying for the class of 2010 prospect. He could also be making a trip out to Pennsylvania with the intention of possibly becoming a Panther.

The 6’10”, 270-pound Walker had a chance to show off his powerful low post skills at the Nike Hoop Summit this past summer.

As a former Mother Teresa star in Scarborough, ON, Walker averaged 20 ppg, 14 reb and 4 asts last season and helped his Scarborough Blues U19 team win gold at the OBA championships.

He was also a member of the Canadian junior national team and won a silver medal at OFSAA earlier this year. Just two years ago he was picked as the best underage player in a major Italian club tournament. He is in the midst of narrowing his choice of University and is likely to make an immediate impact wherever he ends up.

Another Canadian prospect keeping busy is talented point guard Cory Joseph as he will be paying Villanova a visit this weekend as well. Joseph’s options include, Connecticut, Minnesota, Mississippi State, Villanova, Texas (where he recently visited) and Florida.
